Infographics are a fun, easy way to get information across in a short span of time. With use of text and images, infographics are a precise way to catch a viewer's attention, while informing them of something important. For these, I stemmed down a more graphic design advertisement route, as these were also curated for the Residence Life Department for Salem State University.
The Summer Housing Assistant role at Salem State is vital for our students over the summer break. The role is a hybrid one, which constitutes a lump of many ResLife roles, such as: Resident Assistant, Desk Receptionist, Office Assistant, Mail Assistant, and now also including services for conferences as well. I wished to make something sophisticated, but something that also was eye catching and classy for our department.
The Resident Assistant position is vital for our students over the entire academic year. As a live-in position, it is important that Residence Life gets the best of the best to help support fellow student staff, and our over one thousand students on campus.
Keeping it in the same style as the SHA one, I wished to bring all the same elements in, with different information and make it all cohesive.
Much like with the others, our flyer for the DR role remained in the same style and fashion; now, all the roles have a similar theme and vibe to them, while giving a sophisticated atmosphere to our student staff roles in Residence Life.
